How to Request MD3 for Your Event
To invite MD3 to participate in your fair, school visit, touch-a-truck, or other public gathering, please complete the Community Event Request Form below.
Please provide as much detail as possible, including the event’s date, time, location, and a brief description of what you are looking for from our team. After you submit the form, a member of the MD3 team will contact you within 5 business days to confirm our availability and coordinate the details.

Please Note: Our Role at Your Event MD3 participates in community events for outreach and public education purposes only. Our presence does not constitute dedicated medical or EMS coverage for your event. Event organizers are responsible for securing their own medical services as needed.
