How to request MD3 for your event

Choose “Public Event/Community Outreach” and include the date, time, location, and what you’re hoping our team can offer.

A member of the MD3 team will contact you to confirm our availability.

We plan the visit together
We coordinate arrival, setup, and anything we should know about your event.
Our role at your event: MD3 participates in community events for outreach and public education only. Our presence does not provide dedicated medical or EMS coverage, and event organizers are responsible for securing their own medical services. If a medical emergency happens at your event, call 9-1-1.
